Cement Recruiter partner with over thirty-five years of direct human resources, staffing, and succession planning experience.   


Robin’s cement career began as the Area HR Manager with Blue Circle Cement - Calera, AL plant, and she worked with Lafarge after the acquisition of BCC.  Upon the completion of this acquisition, she moved to FL as one of the first management team members for the greenfield Suwannee American Cement plant. During Suwannee’s first year, VCNA partnered with the founders of SAC to run and manage the plant.  After building the management team and setting up the VCNA headquarters, Robin ventured out on her own and joined Lee Rudolph of Cemcon International to provide top-quality candidates to the industry.  Robin holds an MBA from Colorado State University, BS from Milligan College TN, and is certified by SHRM as a Senior Professional in HR.  Her HR experience spans just over 40 years in manufacturing, including the cement, lime, environmental, glass, chemical, and textile sectors.   During the Covid pandemic, Robin returned to her roots in East TN / SW VA with her husband, Gordon.


Her vast knowledge of the cement and lime sectors gives her unique insight into the types of candidates her clients seek. Her career development experience affords her candidates a total career search package.
